My Zen.

I made a Zen Garden out of the beach sand.

And no, the calmness and serenity were not affected by the red Solo plate/garden or the white plastic fork/rake.

After work today, I went to Mood. I know, I know... How very Project Runway of me. I was looking for some felt. Which I found, but did not purchase. We'll see if I can follow through on my idea before I go getting all of your hopes up. It was pretty overwhelming in there to say the least.

I also went to Times Square to visit the Hershey Chocolate Factory (maybe for a tiny bit of chocolate maybe.)

  2. first...i am OBSESSED with you on so many levels! should the egg salad come through, i'll owe you FOR LIFE!!! my mouth watered uncontrollably when i read those words ;-) and, yes, i heard the choir of the angels singing!!! i can't believe you forgot to tell me as well, but it was well worth the wait!
second...i hope you're all right from the sugar rush. FYI - you'll experience double that during pregnancy when you have to take the blood glucose test. they have you drink this thick, orange liquid in 5 minutes or less. it's like sunkist syrup. ah, the joys of motherhood already! :-)

    love you!

The Hershey store just made the "must see" list for our trip! I was sadly disappointed when the Ghiardelli factory in San Francisco was closed and we had to walk by without going in. So this will be a nice substitute!

I just noticed today that your zen garden also looks eerily like the big orange Whataburger W.
