This pressure cooker tried to ruin Easter! Please notice the beans stuck to the wall behind it. Apparently it erupted, spewing beans to the highest heights and farthest reaches of the very kitchen from whence it came. There were beans EVERYWHERE (except our plates)!
Even on the ceiling!
Easter was beanless, but still very good!
In other news, Lexie & Parker's wedding shower was a lot of fun on Saturday afternoon! Lots of people came and gave them great gifts!

And this is the dress I made on Saturday. The proportions are a little off so if i make something like this again, I'll lengthen the bodice and move the skirt down a few inches... doing is the best way of learning! I still wore it on Saturday, though.
I want to see pictures of the dress on you! (So I can see the disproportion) I bet it didn't look that bad.
