Batch Three

After we cleaned all day yesterday we decided to make our next batch of beer. We discovered that our beer fermenting area (aka hallway) gets way too hot in the summer to successfully ferment. So a winter hobby beer brewing will be! Batch number three is in the works. It's a Southern Pecan clone recipe and I hope it turns out well!
