Baked Bean.

That's what I decided we should name our Boston Terrier if we were to get a Boston Terrier.

We had a really good time in Boston this weekend. Bryan met with Boston College and Boston University (and Stony Brook but that was while he was in NY) and we think we're pretty much decided on a school! We don't know details yet, though.
We walked around for most of the day Saturday and saw lots of things that the city has to offer. It is so beautiful there! Things are so old and so full of history.Beacon HillKing's Chapel The north market. The harbor.Frank Gehry's building on M.I.T's campus.Corbusier's only building in the U.S. on Harvard's campus. Trinity Church

I think we even figured out where we'd like to live if we go to Boston:

too big?
what about this one?

just kidding! we really liked this area though: And it was even restaurant week while we were there and we didn't even know it! We ate fondue at the Melting Pot! It was so good!

So you are back. !!!! Great. Boston is a very entersting place to visit. So much history and old beauty. Once when we were there, we noticed along the road at a park, a Civic Club was having a Boston Bake Bean Supper. We stopped and had beans. That is just like Truman. I bet it will be a wonderful place to live too. You and Bryan always find the best in all you do.

  2. I don't know much about Boston, but I've always thought it would be a good place to live. Life is Good has their headquarters in Boston and I've always wanted to work for them, so I guess I thought it would be an awesome place too!

  3. Looks like an awesome time in Boston. Gosh, what a decision you have. I have to say, when we moved out here it was with the intention of moving back near family after 3 years, so, of course it was hard, but it took some of the difficulty away. I must say though, that though it has been hard, it is wonderful when we get visitors and go back to visit because we get lots of attention. My mom said that because she can't spoil us year round, she saves up the money to come and visit and spoil us in condensed form. We have missed people, but we have really seen the Lord provide for us through a great community and friends. Though it's not the same it does make a huge difference. I'll pray for you guys. It will be awesome for you guys to be in a big city together, so much exploring, learning, and culture. Especially with your personality, you will take advantage of all a city has to offer- looking forward to more updates
